Pre-launch draft — not final policy
Complete every bracketed business detail and policy choice, then obtain appropriate review before making this page available to customers as a binding policy.
Before launch
This page is a pre-launch policy framework, not a final delivery or returns promise. VELORA must complete and review the marked business details and policy choices before accepting customer orders.
Order processing
[Add the order processing days, cut-off times, and any exclusions that will apply.] Orders and dispatch arrangements will be described here once confirmed.
Delivery options and charges
[Add the delivery services, destinations, delivery estimates, and charges that will apply.] Any delivery estimate should be presented as an estimate only where appropriate and must match the service VELORA actually offers.
Tracking and delivery issues
[Explain whether tracking is provided and how customers should report a delayed, missing, or damaged parcel. Add the verified customer-support contact details.]
Cancellations and returns
[Set out the confirmed cancellation and returns process, applicable time limits, product condition requirements, return postage arrangements, and any lawful exceptions. Have the final wording reviewed for UK consumer-law compliance before launch.]
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
[Add the process for reporting a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, including the information customers should provide and the verified contact channel.] Nothing on this draft page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Refunds
[Describe how approved refunds are processed, the payment method used, and any expected processing information only after these details have been confirmed.]
Business details and policy owner
[Insert the verified legal/trading name and the contact details responsible for this policy.]
